Is there a free trial available?
Unfortunately, my service cannot have a free trial. However, there’s a free consultation call where you can clarify any issues you may have. In this call, we’ll establish if I can help you achieve your on-page SEO goals.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can change your plan later. In which case, I’ll need a 30 days advance notice to plan for the adjustment.
Who owns the written copy?
For the prices mentioned above, I own the work and therefore we will use my by-line on any blog post I write.
However, I also offer ghostwriting at a higher cost. Ghostwriting means that you (the client) fully owns the work produced. Contact me for ghostwriting pricing.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept bank transfers for quarterly and yearly payments. And credit and debit cards – for monthly payments (Visa, Mastercard and American Express).
Unfortunately, I can’t take Paypal payments.
How does billing work?
I will provide you with an invoice which you shall shall approve before you make the first payment. Work commences after payment.
After the first payment, the billing cycle will automatically renew every month unless you cancel your plan. Quartely payments will be made via invoice and bank transfers.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your plan, but with a 30 day advance written notice.
Do you have a money-back guarantee?
Refunds shall only be granted for the most recent payment received if the refund request is received in writing within 3 business days of payment.
Do you take payment after delivery?
No, due to the nature of the service, all payments are made before work commences.
